Delaware HJR7

Delaware HJR7 has been enacted.

This resolution directs Delaware's AI Commission to work with the Secretary of State to design a regulatory sandbox — a controlled testing environment — for new technologies that use agentic AI, which can act autonomously to complete tasks.
